Hilton Head’s maritime forest of live oaks, pines, and palmettos is part of what makes the island special — and keeping it healthy near homes, resorts, and roads takes the right touch. We handle removals, careful pruning, and storm cleanup across the island and its plantations.
When coastal storms and hurricanes roll through the Lowcountry, we respond around the clock to clear fallen trees and make properties safe again.
On Hilton Head, knowing the trees isn’t enough — you have to know the rules, from protected specimen oaks to community requirements about what you can cut. We work within them, carefully and insured, with the owner on site for every job.

We could not be more impressed with this tree company! From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent, they arrived right on time, and they delivered exactly what we asked for. They even went above and beyond by removing and cleaning up some old, large stumps we had. As a bird enthusiast, I was especially touched by the care and respect they showed around the large natural nesting area on our property. They took the extra time and had incredible patience while carefully working around the nests and eggs, making sure the birds and their habitat remained safe and undisturbed. This was incredibly meaningful to me, and I cannot express how appreciative I am of their thoughtfulness and compassion. The area was extremely difficult to access, but they handled everything with incredible skill and professionalism. They left the property clean and tidy, and the results exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them!Posted on Google![]()

We loved the service! Michael did an amazing job, very professional, no damages, but also they were available within just a couple of days and I needed that tree to be removed urgently. They cleaned everything after the job and my grass was not harmed! And I even have a nice fire tip table made from the tree log - they helped to cut it flat and transfer it to its place :)) Overall, thank you!Posted on Google![]()

Yes. Hilton Head is part of our service area, including the plantations and gated communities, the Sea Pines area, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Plantation and the off-island properties around Bluffton on the way over.
Almost certainly, and this is the strictest jurisdiction we work in. The Town of Hilton Head Island has a detailed tree protection ordinance, trees are protected once they reach a certain size, live oaks and other specimen species get additional protection, and removals generally require a permit and often mitigation planting. Your POA will have its own approval process on top of the town’s. Do not let anyone cut a tree here without confirming it first.
We will tell you exactly what is required for your property, what the town and your POA are likely to want, and we will not schedule work until it is in order. The application itself is generally made by the property owner, but we can provide the assessment, the reasoning and the documentation that supports it, which is usually what they are asking for.
Most of what people actually need. Deadwood removal, canopy lifting off roofs and driveways, weight reduction on over-extended limbs and cabling weak unions are routine maintenance rather than removal, and they solve the majority of problems homeowners call us about. Starting there is usually faster, cheaper and less contentious than going straight to a removal application.
Yes. Tell us the community at the estimate and we will sort out gate access, contractor registration and proof of insurance in advance so the crew is not turned around at the gate. Several communities also restrict working hours and require debris to leave by a particular route, which we plan for.
Yes, 24 hours a day. Emergency work to make a property safe after a storm is treated differently from planned removal under most ordinances, but it still needs documenting properly, and we photograph everything for both the town and your insurer. Call (912) 342-0440.
Size, condition and access, plus the reality that island work involves gate procedures, restricted access routes and longer haul-off. We quote on site so the number reflects the job as it actually has to be done. The estimate is free and in writing.
