Estimates and pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the condition of the trees and property at the time of inspection. Final pricing may change if conditions differ materially from what was visible at the estimate.

Scheduling and weather

Tree work is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled for safety. We will keep you informed of any changes. Emergency and storm work is prioritized by safety and severity.

Liability and insurance

LoyalTree LLC is licensed and insured. We take care to protect your property, but you agree to disclose known hazards such as underground utilities, irrigation, or septic systems before work begins.

Payment

Payment terms are provided with your estimate. Please review your estimate and ask any questions before work begins.
